I am HORRIBLE at sports, running, soccer, gymnastics, everything. How can i get better?

First, find something you actually enjoy doing. Then, practice practice practice! Whether you practice your bridges during to commercials to playing soccer at recess, the more you do it the better you get. Also, whenever you can, stretch. Stretching is key a flexible body which is important to all sports.
