I got a email from my registered email id on kidzsearch saying that hi from a user from kidzsearch -and then jane. Who is jane did he hacked me and all ks user and most important is ks unsafe

Dude, you get notification emails every time a user replies to you if you click the "email me" checkbox. Nobody is "hacking" you.

Please change your password as soon as possible, since we have reason to believe that another user figured it out and has access to your account. Make sure to use something difficult to guess.

Please use our support form to discuss this further. KidzTalk is not a good place for it. Again, it seems extremely unlikely that just you were "hacked," but best to work with our team to review things with you.

I see that Kidzsearch already stepped in to help you,

But dont worry, What seems to have happened, is that somebody must have sent you a message on the site, or through a comment on one of your topics. (For example. If you say I like chicken nuggets, and somebody says "cool" then you may get an email sometimes saying "cookiecrisp123 says cool") With your case, Jane, a user on Kidzsearch, responded to one of your posts with "hi"

Kidzsearch is absolutely safe, and nobody hacked you. If you are concerned about online safety, please feel free to talk to family or a trusted adult  so they will be able to help you out.

I know that receiving such an email might have been a little frightening, but I beleive you will be okay. Have fun and keep on smiling!

Once you have an account, it is normal to get email from other users who respond to your posts or comments, assuming your requested it, or marked a category as your favorite. Please copy/paste the email you got here for us to review. We have many KidzTalk test accounts and have not seen anything unusual.

After consulting my parents I can give you email but you have to promise that you will not ask for any type of files or photos warning after I tried to reply the email .it was showing no user found

We can't help you without more information, such as copy/pasting the entire email you received. Please use our support form for additional help. Since nobody else has complained, it is very unlikely that they obtained your email from us. Maybe you used some other services?
