MacBook gets stuck on Recovery Loading Screen

1 week ago, I got a MacBook and reset it because my aunt gave it to me. After following the instructions on this video:

I got stuck on the middle of the loading screen. I waited for 3+ hours and it was still there. Can someone fix this?

Do You Have A Blank USB Stick On Hand? If So, You Can Create The Recovery Image On This USB Stick.

Is it a MacBook Air or a MacBook Pro?

It could be a regular MacBook, but they are discontinued
