Why do we still have to wear masks

Not too many people are dying covid  from it so why do We still have to wear masks also a lot of people have gotten the shot

Well now there a variants.  Variants are the same germ, just changed a bit. We have the Delta, but it had it fun with killing 10,000+ people.  And now we have the Omnicron virus, which is spreading like wildfire.  It is in new York, England, Afghanistan,  and much more. So please scrub your hands 6 times a day, and wear a mask.  Thanks, Owl.
