You can only have one advice column and must be a registered KidzTalk user to qualify.

We require you to be a registered user, since your parents or guardian need to give approval. Registration also makes sure you are the actual person giving the advice in your column and builds trust. It is free to register for an account. You are welcome to have an advice column once you have enough accumulated points and have a good track record with us.

But what if you are scared to ask for an email? Most kids in my grade have one but I don't. I would like to register however, I have a fear of failure.

You don't need a personal e-mail account. What you enter is the e-mail of your parent or guardian to approve your account.
