Poem of the day for second newspaper is called "Being a Girl":
Being a girl
Means being courageous, strong, fearless
Being a girl
Means being kind, considerate, friendly
Being a girl
Means being imaginative, a dreamer, idealist
Being a girl
Means being positive, cheerful, joyful
Being a girl
Means being honest, grateful, trustworthy
No matter what obstacles there are
No matter what people think of you
No matter how many times you cry, weep, and scream,
A girl should always be a girl

Advice about Crushes By FuzzyFuzz
Crushes. They are something very hard, big, and confusing in life. Sometimes it is hard to figure e out if someone likes YOU. Well, here are some things that give you a clue someone likes you.
1.) they are shy when you're around
This happens at my school. A boy is going to put stuff in his locker and when he walks by, the girl that likes him turns away. Also, at partner work, the teacher says to make eye contact with their table partner while they talk. Some kids just stare down at their table when their partner is their crush.
2.) Staying around you
A lot of times it is not that the person that likes you stays away from you but close by you. When people are getting supplies passed out, the person who has a crush bonks heads with the other person in the cabinet. Also, in line, they are always bumping into you and saying "sorry".
3.) Choosing you
At recess kids play basketball. The boy chooses to guard you most of the time and "chooses" you over all of the other boys to guard.
4.) Glancing
During class if you sit across or close by them they might glance at you every so often. Especially, when you are not looking though, when you look up and see them looking at you the person who has a crush on you smiles.
