I was at an outside summer camp for 12 hours, four days and then went swimming. I got bad sunburns. I don't think they're going to peal, but they hurt badly and I hope I haven't done a ton of skin damage. Is there anything I can do? Thanks!!

Aloe Vera will help soothe the burns. You can get it in a cream. Keeping the skin moisturized with lots of lotion is another good idea. Drink lots of water. Your parents might want to give you aspirin, like Advil, to help with swelling and pain. Taking a bath in cold water can also help. Make sure you don't pick at the burns, since it can give you permanent scars.
