Can you actually mutate chicken's DNA with human reproductive cells?

I'm not sure if you all remember, but in 2016, there was an suspicious Russian guy who mutated the egg, and it "grew" a creature there, called homunculus. Comment down your opinion about this.

Yeah, it's so crazy what people can do with biotechnology!!

Personally, I don't like messing with genetics and biotechnology. It's all a little to artificial and powerful, and the scientific ethics are sketchy :/

That mysterious guy claims that he created homunculus using alchemy. In my opinion, biologically, you can't mutate chicken's DNA with the human's one, because:
1. Chicken is not a mammal

2. Because of something called Zona Pellucida (ZP), you can't fertilize 2 different species. Although chicken's egg cell doesn't have ZP, it has something similar.

I get in the conclusion that he putted something inside the egg, so the thing is complete faked.

Also I have seen something horrible that has something to do with a cross-breed- well I should say "hybrid." I saw this awful video (and please, Ik it seems sketchy or like "oh, it was clickbait," but it's not) of a piglet that appeared to be mixed with a human. If I ever find the video again, I'll try to get it to you, but it will most likely be censored.
