We made some changes that might help. Is it better now? You should see things like bold, font, size, and the image editor. If you still don't see it, try clearing your browser cache first and reloading the page.
We tested it on an Amazon Fire tablet and are able to see the editing features. However, very old browsers, like Internet Explorer, may not be compatible with the editor, so you just get a blank text box.
