Here are the answers:

1. The ruby was changed to emeralds because Dinnerbone had trouble distinguishing rubies and redstone.
2. Pig Men
3. Dock (Hayden Scott-Baron), he left Mojang in 2010.
4. Dock created the mobs Rana, Steve, Black Steve, and Beast Boy, which were all later removed.
5. Glare and Copper Golem (sorry for the typo I meant 2021)
6. It won't work, instead the villager will emit sweet particles.
