Should I Follow The New Style?

Dear KidzTalk People,

So I have been wondering a lot lately... There are several people at my school who dress so nicely. I'm talking dresses, Crop tops, and Baddie style is what you call it? Anyways, I don't know you name it.

I feel like I don't fit in, I'm the Sweatpants-T-shirt-Hoodie kinda person. I feel like I should start spending money but at the same time money doesn't just grow on trees. I also get told to wear what I want and dont follow others.... But is it really that easy if you wanna dress to impress. And i'll be honest i'm not the skirt type but I could try to rock a dress when I'm in the mood. But it also feels not me... I'd like help in anyway if I should go blow money or stay my style.

Be your self i feel the same I wear jumpsuits where ever one else is wearing crops and short shorts and high heels  like come on wear those things out of school

I love crop tops and all that other stuff but just being yourself makes a difference maybe you can start a trend on day

My problem is that my parents don't let me wear what I want to wear! I wanted to wear a long sleeve shirt and my mom made me change! I'm 12 yrs old! I can dress my self! Sorry for that!

You should just  be you! If you want to try dressing differently you totally should! But you shouldn't try to dress differently just to fit in! It's cool to be different!

hey i know the feeling but i like to just do whatever my style is weird i do wear crop tops but flashy ones and shorts and weird converses that went out of style 2 yrs ago and i recently died a strip of my hair cotton candy pink

Stay your style. Be like me (Except not in terms of interest.) and like what you want to and dress how you want. I wear dresses year round and no one else at my school does so yeah it's okay not to fit in.

Play your style! Be different from others and be proud of having your own flow. Only get really fancied up when there is a formal party or an event you are going to.
