Sorry, I Didn't Make It Quite Clear Enough (Riddle)

Question

This is a Guess Which User I Am Riddle. Both of these stanzas gives a description and a large hint that relates to me. Can you guess who I am? Here is the riddle again:

In the Hobbit there was one

Harry Potter had more than three

Look up, up, up,

And you might see me.

In the site whose letter is 11-14

I am the first with a @cat at my tail,

He says I will faulter,

He says I will fail:

But I cannot. I will not! I will not fail.

I revised the riddle with more proper punctuation and erm- some more leads.

It was me.

There was one dragon in the Hobbit. More than three in Harry Potter. Dragons can fly so you would have to look up to see them.

K is the 11th number in the alphabet and N is the 14th. In KN I am first with Pumpkin (kitten) behind me and I am determined to win.

Pumpkin is going to see this and be like I WILL RECLAIM MY SPOT SOOOOOOON
