so, this is something i want to say while NOT being logged in because it's kinda embarrassing...

so... i pick my boogers. and then eat them. so gross. I do it in secret, and ik it's bad for me, but like... I've been doing this for so long that its become a bad habit I cant stop. I'm 11 years old and really bad. please help me!

You know those cones that people put on dogs to stop them from scratching. It might be a terrible idea but you could put one of those on for a week and you might get out of the habit. You could take it off during meal time and while your sleeping.

Umm try to start blowing your nose! After a while it will become a habit instead of picking your nose. And if it's impossible then use a tissue over your finger and do it in private!! And don't forget to wash your hands!
