Did you create a KidzTube account? Once you have one there is a dropdown menu with an upload button that says "Select File". Files need to be in MP3 format. You may also need to do it on a desktop computer if your device does not support that function.
Another way is to have a video already on YouTube and then use the suggest video option. Videos cannot have any personal information and must meet very strict quality requirements to be accepted.
