Question

First, cut  your  least favorite jacket that isn't too thick. Then, put the bottom part  on  as a top.

Next, put on the short jacket. DO NOT cut the arms off. It might look weird or tacky.

Your done!

Or if you want, use the bottom part of the jacket as a short skirt, and button up the jacket as a top. Or jut cut a white shirt to make it shorter and use that.
