I feel you. The best thing I've learned which helped me improve MY mental health was to try and do something new every day to add variety to my life. This could mean getting out and walking to a new place every day, or visiting a new public place. Another great thing you can do to improve your mental health is retrain your thinking. If you tell yourself that everything is bad constantly, things will be bad, so take some time to find something good from every day. Finally, just take some time for yourself. Relax a little, and focus on self care. A little bit can go a long way.
