Types of anime

Question

There are many different types of anime. The main 5 types are: Shonen, shojo, seinen, josei, and kodomomuke.

Shonen: animes targeting an audience of teen boys.

Shojo: animes targeting an audience of teen girls and young adult women.

Seinen: aimed at boys in their late teens and adult men.

Josei: marketed to an audience of adult women.

Kodomomuke: animes aimed at children 10 and under.

Idk sorry lol. But like most people who are into anime that I've met irl are super weird and most anime fandoms are super messed up to the point where it's a problem.

I know of a wiki that used to be vandalized all the time. Luckily, the vandalism has pretty much gone away, but sometimes some people might vandalize it.

I personally just couldn't get into anime. I don't know why though. I tired watching Assassination Classroom but got bored after a few episodes. I also watched some clips from several shows. But the its animation style just doesn't 'speak' to me, if you get what I mean. All the interactions seem robotic and it makes me uncomfortable lol.

But I read some webtoons and liked it! My favorites would be Hand Jumper, Surviving Romance, Survival Diary etc.
