What happened to KT while I was gone?

I’ve seen recent posts about technical difficulties with KidzTalk, and I missed all of it (I was at school). What happened?

Best answer

We were doing updates, but nothing major. For a short window certain single letters, like 'I' were getting replace by a star symbol while our filters were updating.
