Question

So ummm I have this annoying classmate. He is always creepy. Like a SNITCH.  And I caught him nearly touching my private places. I'm class leader now and my partner is...... Him. I don't want to be class leader anymore... I told my mom to tell my teacher I don't want to.. But I didn't know how to explain her why. And so she says no. Please how do I not be class leader.
