That is an interesting question. The current limit is based on our database column size, so it is about 4.2 million questions. However, we can increase it up to 4 billion questions if needed, so you don't need to worry about running out of room for your questions. If we need to go above 4 billion, that is also possible, but would require a lot more storage space than we have now. The theoretical maximum with our current software is 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 questions!
