You're def not alone here, I deal with it too. It's hard to understand the struggle of anxiety unless you've actually been through it, and I certainly have. The best way to curtail your worries is to practice deep breathing. Once you get a new thought, push it aside in your head and pretend you're throwing it away in the trash. Also get out and go on a walk, or hang out with a neighborhood friend. If you make sure to practice these steps every time you have an episode, things should improve.
