I go councelling cuz. Of my anxiety.. Trust me.. I have a very big anxiety issues. I'm worrying about my future... I can't live....... Toooo much responsibilities........ My future husband is probably gonna cheat me......... Pregnancy pain during giving birth.......... How will I live if my parents die.........  I think I have an anxiety attack........ Help!!!!!!!!!

Calm down! Those kind of things will happen to a Lot of us and I can give you some solutions:

1. Calm down: learn some breathing exercise’s and use them. Be a little zen more often

2. In the present be the calm in the storm

3. You don’t have to have kids. And adopting is always a choice one can make

4. Remember to love yourself and that things change

You're def not alone here, I deal with it too. It's hard to understand the struggle of anxiety unless you've actually been through it, and I certainly have. The best way to curtail your worries is to practice deep breathing. Once you get a new thought, push it aside in your head and pretend you're throwing it away in the trash. Also get out and go on a walk, or hang out with a neighborhood friend. If you make sure to practice these steps every time you have an episode, things should improve.
