Startup (Quite Possibly the Most Important Post Y'all Have Ever Seen)

Question

Despite my recent attempts at being active here, I've failed the last couple of days because of a project I've been working on: I thought that you guys might be kind of interested in it, and also I sort of need a benefactor. I mean, it doesn't need much more to launch, even a matter of a few dollars across a handful of people. 

Once again KS Staff: there is no personal information. If you guys help me with this, I'd be thrilled to list you as a partner. This thing is real, it's coming to life; this isn't some far-off dream that will never happen. If there are any problems, please just make a post for me to see or something. I'm in need here. Also, staff, please ask me about stuff either on the site or in the answers before you delete this post completely. I understand it might be stretching protocol a little, but I'm not a child and I think I have justification to seek help from my most trusted go-to source.

I need a couple of things from y'all:

• Suggestions for the website--not necessarily the features but just more visuals like themes, colors, logo, etc.
• Support--funds needed!
• Sharing--share the site everywhere you can to spread word. The more, the better, and the faster we can launch.
• Questions--I need to build a FAQ (especially since we're just starting), so I need y'all to ask me whatever questions you can think of. Don't worry about what it is; I just need a load of questions about it.

So yeah; this thing is really happening. I need your help to do so. Also if you contact us, please do NOT use your KS username or say that you're anybody from this site. The messaging software on there and the email is ONLY for the purposes of the Foundation; do not abuse it or I will block you from it.

Thank you guys for everything. KidzSearch is one of the only ways that this thing can actually launch, so I'm entrusting y'all to please, please help me out here.

Gods, I really wish Pumpkin and Gem were here right now. They'd be so much help.

 I would love to help! What if you shared your socials? Your over 18 right? So just post your socials user name and I'll find you! They let a girl do that a couple months ago so they should let you!

But that wouldn't work anyway. See, I had the name of the organization and links to the website, but KS deleted them. Apparently they think I'm going to use it to abduct people from here. I created a Facebook page for it and stuff, but that wouldn't go by, either.

Sorry, but we can't allow you to post the site or even the name. You capture emails and feedback from users, so that is a major problem for us. Just asking users not to give their KT username is not enough.

You can also consider doing a follow up where you describe the site, but don't give the name or how to find it.

However, we are open to giving you some suggestions by company staff over the next few days if that helps.

Look, I'm just asking for some assistance here. I mean, you guys already know I'm a minor; I need some help. I kind of need to know if you'd be interested in working with me since y'all were kind of the inspiration behind this whole thing. But I'm looking online for people, so I need to know if you're in or if I should keep looking for some random crackhead on Reddit that's going to steal the money.

We took a look at your site. It is a nice design, but we are not sure how it would fit into KidzSearch and our users. It is really outside of our area of expertise, but wish you the best of luck on it.

You might want to consider making everything yourself in the beginning and perhaps using a site like gofundme.com to bring attention to it and sell pre-orders for original crafts. You can later expand it to other sellers.

Oh, there might be a misunderstanding; I didn’t mean for it to be PART of KS (also the GoDaddy site is just temporary. I’m going to get a WordPress site with a WooCommerce extension with a Vendor Product plug-in.) I can’t start a GoFundMe because I need to have an official bank account. The best I’ve found in that matter is a thing that doesn’t exist in the states yet and is limited to Europe. That’s also part of why I can’t make everything myself and then sell it. That and I don’t know how to make anything except leather.

The main reason I need someone to help me is so that I can hook up a bank account to sites like GoFundMe. Anyway, thanks for your time.

Also what ever happened to KidzArt? This is kind of what that was going to be. I mean, everything is going to be very private and confidential if the vendor so requests.

Also why was Pumpkin able to share his website he made ages ago, and I can’t do it now? Sorry, just wondering.

KidzArt is being incorporated into a larger shopping system for kids that is in development.
