Writingnerd also helped create it, though she already did one of these not too long ago. Elo easily would know about it, though I also kind of doubt she would make one of these.
Esie would 100% know what waterjuice is. Also, she types incredibly similar to this person.
Also Esie jamming out to Parents is the most realistic thing I've ever heard.

My final answer is Esie, however. Nobi tends to type with analog emojis and a lot of chaos, which this person doesn't seem to do. Nobi could easily be suppressing the need for emojis, however, but I strongly doubt it. Esie types similarly to Nobi, but adds her own opinions and thoughts in parentheses quite often, such as this post.
