hi guys. its another day. yay. AUGUST IS THE MOST NERVE RACKING MONTH EVER!!!    1) we find out who our teachers are, and (2) the first day of school is on Aug 31st! I dont know abt u guys, but august is SO SLOWWWW!!! IMMA GO CRZY!! im kinda sick of summer break too. i wanna go back to school i kinda enjoy it. i mean but ALSO, my 5th grade teachers are kinda intimidating. when we did the meet & greet with them, (our whole grade sits in the cafe and half-listens to the teachers rambiling abt ur next grade) all they talked abt was FREAKING HOMEWORK!!! so then i ask a 5th grader on my bus and they tell us (me, my friend, and my twin bro who are all going into 5th grade) that we have only a math sheet and a reading log. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT WE START HEALTHHHHHH in 5th grade. as a girl who already hit puperty, this stuff is basicley useless. OHHHHH YEAH!!!! and we are forced to do chorus as a whole grade. not that im complaining. I love singing. I might attach a vid of my singing to one of my posts.

I was in 5th grade last year like Elo, and am going  to be in middle school, wwhich means more math. 

Ugh.

I will not be changing schools until high school,which will be so scary...cafeterias, locker combos, cute boys, drama club...I wish that were happening this year!!!

First off, you can’t post a video of your voice. KS doesn’t allow that.

Secondly, I was in 5th grade last year, and I’ll tell you this:

• I did have homework. At the beginning, it was 45 minutes. At one point, I had 70 minutes of homework. But at the end, I had… none.
• Health classes also started for me in 5th grade. They aren’t useless, believe me. Not only do they cover the physical changes, they also cover mental changes like how to make friends. (Also, they cover both the male and female body so prepare yourself)
• Near winter break, my entire class had to sing in music class one day. No grade-wide chorus though.
