so i was looking at this question, and saw a link from a post in 2019. 

clicked on it and there was a user called notpostinganymore.

who was this person?

According to this comment, they're the Lambert twins. That can be confirmed by this question where they tell us their usernames. I do remember them from the old KidzNet.
