Me : Yes.

Ellie : im happy you love your heritage so much

Me : Actually, im not Nordic... Im Venezuelan

Ellie : Youre a Fraud! I dislike you

*i spent the last 30 minutes crying and listening to Norwegian music*

You aren’t the fraud. Ellie is.

Look at it: I love stick figures, and the rickroll. But am I related to Rick Astley or some random pencil drawing? No. (But I made the pencil drawing so technically I would be related to stick figures)

I also happen to love Australian things. But am I Aussie? No. I was born in America, and I have about 25% Scandinavian in me.

A lot of us love stuff from a certain country and we’re not related to anybody from that country. Minecraftnerd loves Minecraft yet isn’t related to Notch or Jeb_, I love rickrolls yet I’m not related to Rick Astley, and you love Nordic stuff yet you weren’t born in Scandinavia. It’s a fact of life and Ellie is gonna have to accept it, whether she likes it or not.

how r u a fraud for smthg u cnt control? just bc u like Scandinavain stuff doesnt mean u have actual Scandinavian heritage! That girl is just dumb and stupid for thinking that! Just bc i like Wicked the musical doesnt mean Glinda is my long lost cousin!
