Restricted in KS??

I am unable to view the post Blizzards, short story, fiction, by snowFall because it is "restricted". Please address this.

Was it blocked by Net Nanny? If so, just let us know and we can send them a request to not block it, since it is an obvious mistake on their end.

I don't know, but everytime I click on it it says "You cannot view this page at "Kidzsearch.com" because it is restricted. The same thing happened with a question by L about telling the difference between casual and formal dresses.
