things that give me a minor panic attack

yeah these things either freak me out, make me cry, or give me sensory overload:

• touching plastic beads through fabric
• pinching the sin of my elbow (YOU CAN'T FEEL IT NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU PINCH IT?!
• blue eagles (wax figurines)
• this screenshot: context: my abusive father hit me and screamed at me and wouldn't stop until I said I didn't want to go to the field trip, then called the school and yelled at the secretary, saying I will NOT be going on the field trip. yay /sarc.
• people yelling at me or hitting me
• spiders
• conversations with suicidal people

alright that's it. this will get updated when I remember stuff lol

welp luckily my mom broke up with him four years ago bc he was cheating :D

so now we can't report any of the people who abused me or my brother bc it happened 4 or more years ago T-T. So idk... can't really do much about it.
