"Maze Runner" series! Although it's not technically a zombie series, it does have a virus which turns people into crazy, almost zombie-like people, and I think you'd really enjoy them! I sure did.

update:

I watched some clips of 'all of us are dead'

it's so good!! i just watched a few minutes of the show so I can't say for sure. but it's really gory so I wouldn't recommend it for kids.
