Should I write VMTE (The Emigrants) fanfiction. I know me, Inga and Esie are the only people who read VMTE, but what are some plotlines I can use for VMTE?  (for context : The Emigrants (also known as Utvandarna) Franchise (which has books, Movies, a Musical and a TV show) is about a poor couple, Karl and Kristina, their family and friends and their 3 children who move to Minnesota from Sweden) Plotline ideas MUST be realistic for a story set in the Mid 1800s

Haven't read the books so I don't know about everything, but maybe the storyline could be along the lines of someone in the family got framed for something (like a robbery or murder) and they have to prove themselves innocent (or maybe they did really commit the crime and are hiding it fromt the family)? Honestly, I've never wrote a historical book so I'm not an expert, but maybe I will try someday!
