When a friend dips from our plans I feel it's me even though I know it isn't which is why I feel guilty about this. This causes me to be insecure.

How can I stop feeling this way? It's annoying feeling this way.

Hmm I feel this sometimes too.

Just know that you didn't have anything to do with it! People can have many reasons to back out of plans. And don't feel guilty about it. It's completely normal to feel like this sometimes!
