Chapter 7
Steve, his grandmother, and Mother gather all their supplies for the long journey to find Alex. According to grandma, Herobrine's lair was hidden deep in the forest.
Steve can't get over the fact his grandfather-the one he thought was dead all these years- was Herobrine. He wipes away his tears, though. He is stronger than this. Mom puts her arms around Steve's shoulder, but he brushes her away.
"Mom, I'm fine. Don't worry," Steve said.
" Oh, well, you seem still very sad, dear. It's okay to grief. I mean, I know we will find Alex, so-"
"I'm not just grieving over Alex- I know we will find her too- I'm also grieving over the fact my grandfather is a bad guy. How could you keep such a secret from me??"
" it's hard to explain, my dear. But I promise you, everything will be alright, Okay? Positive attitude, right, Alex?" Mom asks grandma.
"Right," grandma nods. " always think positive, in negative surroundings".
