so... things like this have happened before. I've been set on my decision to run away...

...then they decided to be nice to me. they rarely do. today I missed the bus bc I woke up late and my mom was TOTALLY nice about it?! like wth? I'm used to her yelling at me in the mornings and if my dad is home, he yells at me too! but yesterday, before I went to bed, they decided to be nice, and the same thing happened today!!

this is why it's so difficult to make these decisions. i have my bag packed, but all I need to do is find a small weapon to protect myself and put it in there bc creeps and stuff. so, now, whenever I know I need to run, instead of hesitating and then getting silently persuaded not to go, I can just grab my bag and hoodie and go.

alr ly guys <3!!!

its probably a trap.

also, if you do go away, get as far away from your town/city, maybe even cross states if you live near a different one. this way the amber alert wont work as its specifically a town

Don't run away. you really shouldn't.

The police will be looking for you. Your parents will be sad, and worried if you are ok. The police will most likely find you.

Then when the police bring you back home or whatever, your parents will be happy you are back and safe, but also very mad.

Then you will probably get grounded, or yelled at more, or some other consequence.

And that may lead to depression, and other things that lead of of depression (yall know what it is).

And of course your parents will never forget the day you ran away.

Just don't.

If you really can't stand the strictness, or their rules, try to move out when you can. (18 is youngest).

But you should really try to tell your parents how you feel.

That may turn things around.

I know you hate this answer because nobody is saying "right on! leave those suckers and live on your own!"

But trust me. This will not go well at all.

How old are you anyway?
