Just ask him not to. Well, what I would do is say one of the weird words I say (in most cases, "Ouch")

don't. you'll only have him for so long, and once he's gone, your going to miss it, and just wish he'd hug you like that one last time. my dad hugs me A TON. and i just have that in mind and it really helps knowing that he loves me enough to want to constantly hug me. he's your Dad. enjoy hugs while they last! <3
