Hi im a tween and plzz dont judge but I still sleep in my mums bed I get rlly scared because of how many scary things ive heard,watched,seen and I need advice on not being scared! Plzz help i get sooo scared and i have tried like everything

I use to be scared and I put a blanket over my body head to toe

Ur not alone! I know a boy that sleeps on a mattress in his parents room. Anyways, ur not alone!
