On my phone this symbol shows up
I’m not sure if yours is the same, but it lets me click on ‘upload’
Then press ‘choose file’, pick a photo from your camera roll (or you can take a picture), and press ‘send it to the server’
Finally, if you need to make it smaller or bigger, experiment with changing the number here (the height will automatically adjust as you change the width)
