Everybody I'm thinking of making a story!

Question

The story is going to be about a kid named Joey and his dog and which the dog's name will be Tod and his parent's name is going to be Tammy and Jake. And one day he went out to play outside with his dog and Joey got so far away that he got lost. And this will be in the country in Norway during the Viking Period which is around 700 to 900 a.d.

but 2 things

1. those are not traditional Viking names
2. the Viking age ended in 1100 AD.
