BAD!
But this dosen't tell you why water is wet?
Rain is liquid water in the form of droplets that have condensed from atmospheric water vapor and then become heavy enough to fall under gravity. The major cause of rain production is moisture moving along three-dimensional zones of temperature and moisture contrasts known as weather fronts. Water itself is not wet, but it can make things wet. by the very definition of the word “wet,” water physically cannot be wet. Though water has the ability to make other materials wet, the liquid itself is not wet.
