Roy was walking home from school when he saw Julia - a girl with eyes that sparkle like diamonds and hair the color of a sandy beach. He waved to her and kept walking.
"No, you cannot visit a girl you saw outside!," said Roy's dad. "But why not?," said Roy. "Because you do not even know her!," said Roy's dad. "Okay. I'll.........go do my homework.," said Roy.
But he was really going out the back door to visit Julia. "I'm Roy.," said Roy nervously. "I'm Julia.," said Julia eagerly. "So...uh......what do you like to do?," said Roy. "I like to ride bikes and go swimming.," said Julia. "I like to do those things too.," said Roy.
"Julia? Who are you talking to?," said Julia's mom. "A boy named Roy.," said Julia. "What's his last name?," said Julia's mom. Julia asked Roy his last name. "His last name is Mac Smith., said Julia. "We have a family feud with the Mac Smiths because Sir Benjamin Mac Smith beat your great-great-great-great grandfather Sir Jonathan Hunt in a jousting tournament.," said Julia's mom.
Roy saw a school poster advertising prom. So, Roy asked Julia to prom. When Roy told his father this (he also told him her last name), he forbidded it because of the feud. So, Roy could not go to prom.
So he wrote letters to Julia and he was satisfied.
