How do you get special privileges?

For now at least, all registered users have the same privileges. We are exploring some upgraded ones that would require getting your parents permission. These could give you the ability to upload personal pictures and have a special profile page with updates about you.

Cool! I think my parents would let me upload personal pics as long as they weren't of my house, me, or my family. I'd probably just post pics of my pets LOL. And a special profile thing would be nice.
