I need a personal fashion expert because I want your opinion on what I should wear because all winter I've been wearing dark clothes and my dad said I should be wearing prettier clothes.

No problem! You can try wearing a pretty scarf over a sweater or shirt. Try tying your hair with some ribbon, too! Fashion isn't only about clothes :)
