KidzTalk, can you fix something on your mobile app?

Everytime I'm in kidzsearch it just goes back to the homepage for no reason can you please help, this is not the Internet because I already tried a different internet and it's still not working!

We have not had other complaints about it. What type of tablet or mobile phone are you using for it? The only way you would go back to the main homepage is if you are tapping on the kidzsearch logo by mistake, or using one of the navigation menus. Maybe your tablet is having an issue? You can try rebooting everything to see if it helps. Please provide more information about the issue.

My phone is a Galexy Note4 by Samsung. When it goes back to home page it reloads homepage again so it's not a problem with touching the kidzsearch on accident. And
I basically already reset the phone when it goes dead.

What happens when you try to use a regular browser on your phone and go to kidzsearch.com? When you say "home page," what does that mean? Does it show menu items and a search box, or do you mean just a logo with nothing on it. Finally, how are you using KidzTalk and able to ask a question?

You may need to have your father fix your app permissions for the KidzSearch app to allow more things open on it.

Well, by homepage I mean homepage on KidzSearch.  It just goes out of Kidztalk every 3 minutes when I'M trieING to ask a question to just looking on stuff on kidzsearch.

We can't seem to duplicate it (we are testing on a Samsung J20 phone), but are looking for solutions. Make sure you are not tapping on something by mistake. You should also look at your phone settings.

Are you able go to kidzsearch.com using your mobile phones regular browser (not the app)? If so, does the problem still happen?

There might be somthing wrong with the phone, because YouTube is not working right too.  If it's not that too, I get my dad to download the app again.  But right now I'M trying it on Google and it works good.  Hmmmm.
