I threw up yesterday (once all by myself cuz my parents were busy) and puking is so so hard on me cuz I wretch normally and it's not fun:(

Any ideas that I can do?

Girl omg that sucksssss!

I threw up last week because i throw up five times when I have my period. Which was last week duh.

And I always throw up by myself!
