Hi kidztalk team,

So i have realized that girls can talk about puberty freely. Like girls can say the b-word. not the bad b-word just the one girls say when they are......developing. unlike me but not importat rn.

i think that boYs shiuld be able to talk freely about puberty.

so why can't they??

As long as there is no graphic language and it is said in a family-friendly way, we have never blocked boys from talking about puberty.

I think the problem is puberty happens for a certain reason and the only way to explain why stuff is happening to a boy is to explain the certain reason and that isn’t very appropriate for some audiences.

You can say some stuff though. It’s just hard to explain.

People have made the topic of male puberty very weird, and that's what's to blame.

Well, male puberty is related to reproduction, and people have made a big deal of that.

Plus, there’s only a few boys on KT, so I don’t think most boys here are comfortable with sharing their puberty problems to a mostly female audience.

I’m not saying females couldn’t help or explain, I’m just saying most boys will refrain from posting about their puberty problems here.
