(This is how I think of past life’s so please no hate)
Past life’s are vary complex, so how I think of past life’s is like your soul has been in many different beings, so let’s say that your soul was once in a duck,
You probably wouldn’t remember much of the ducks past life but sometimes you can catch glimpse of its life and other past life’s of your soul,
now for me I can’t remember much about my past life’s I can only recall one or two things like rolling in the grass or hunting pray.
I personally think that you can have a past life in a plant and maybe bacteria But I don’t quite know.
Yes, it’s probably easer to think of past lives as like your soul being reused, because it technically is like that.
so let’s say when one of your past lives dies your soul moves on to a new life and usually you won’t be able to remember a lot about you past lives but sometimes your soul carries some memories of that past life.
