Q: What is the difference between a furry and therian?
A: A furry is a cosplayer, a therian is a person who was an animal in a past life, was born in the wrong body, and/or identifies NONphsyically as an animal.
Q: Why do you think you're an animal?
A: I don't. Animals can't type on a computer.

Q: What is a shift?
A: There are many types of shifts. The most common ones are spiritual, phantom, and mental. A spiritual shift is your minding shifting into a sort of animal's, phantom where you feel phantom limbs such as a tail or ears, mental where you feel like an animal but you are still conscious of your body and mind, and can 100% be a normal human with a sort of alter-ego trying to break through.
Q: What is it like to have a shift? (this is normally about spiritual shifts)
A: It's different for everyone, so I can't say others feel the same way. But you act like one of your therio/kin types, not conscious of being human. A lot of times, you will not remember the shift, or remember very little of it, so it's hard to explain.
