Hey guys! Wasup! So here is what is happening. My mom keeps saying negative things to herself. She loudly whispers things like Go away or H***. What can I do?

Um well, I don't know. I know that's not a lot of help but I have no idea how to give advise for that, one part of me says give her some space and the other part says confront her, but each of those contradict the other.
