Thanks! Kidzsearch runs on php and also uses open source software run on it.
Kidzsearch uses the following open and closed source software(s) written on PHP:
Ossn - used for kidznet
Question2answer- runs kidztalk
Wordpress- general core
PhpBB - teacher zone
Php melody- kidztube
Pligg - kidznews
WikiMedia- kidz wiki (kidopedia)
It also uses Google CSE for search.
I use ossn, wordpress, wikimedia, phpbb, and question2answer on my website. You can check it out if you want. It's basically the same thing as Kidzsearch because It uses the same software, code languages, and it's for kids.
