I'm getting an expander. Yea. Fun. I recently went to another dentist appointment, and got it confirmed that I need one. My next appointment to get the space things in is on the 14th of January. Anybody have some tips?

I don't have any tips but as someone with tons of dental problems I can say.... that sucks.
