How do I stay in touch with my friends if they don’t have a phone

Question

I have Messenger Kids but my friends parents don’t have Facebook. The only people who do are my friends who are never online. Quarantine life is boring. My mom only lets me video call my other friends with their parents WhatsApp once a month.

A lot of people have said this already but id say email is the easiest way, there are also plenty of messaging apps out there that your friend could download and you could download. And alot that you can get on pc if they dont have a mobile device.
